Winter Routes
The nights are long, the air is cold and thoughts turn naturally to seasonal activities such as cross country racing! It can be tough training in the winter and training with a club definitely helps to get you through those hard sessions!

Description
This is a punishing lap of just under two miles giving approximately three 1k efforts. Thankfully the last one is downhill, the first two aren’t!

Firestation
Description
This route can be used as a nice steady medium run or a punishing set of 2 minute repeats that seem to last for ever. Challenging hills and good flat stretches where you can fly. Very good especially when the weather is bad and the nights have drawn in.
